Debra Cordes comes to RHI from the Honor Society of Nursing-Sigma Theta Tau (STTI) where for the past two years she has served as International Leadership Institute (ILI) Manager and Project Manager for the Sharecare Initiative.  Prior, she served as the Chief Nursing Officer for Heart Center of Indiana.

As the Chief Rehabilitation Nursing Officer, she will provide over-site to the nursing leaders, clinical staff, and ancillary areas to include: Pharmacy, Radiology, Respiratory, Laboratory, and Dietary.

Debra received her Master of Nursing degree from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis and her undergraduate degree in Nursing from Indiana State University.  She is a member of the Honor Society of Nursing-Sigma Theta Tau International and Executive Women in Healthcare.
